Profile

I am developing a food forest in Niigata, while teaching English at Niigata Agricultural College.

I completed permaculture design course in 2017 in Japan.
I have worked with permaculture farms in New Zealand 2014 - 2018. I found my ideal food forest there, Guyton's. I moved to a small "satoyama" community in Tokamchi city in 2016 and became a part-time farmer. I am learning and experimenting synecoculture here.

My goal is to grow big fruit trees and share the fruits with friends, birds and animals in the world. Fruits are meant to be eaten by animals. They became sweet and tasty, so to be found and eaten, then its seeds are delivered to grow somewhere.  It is super easy for us,  just eat fruits and sow the seeds. Please come and join!
