Food Forest Tour for new members 新しい会員さんの農園見学体験
Welcome to Food Forest Japan!
New members from Ishikawa Prefecture stayed 2 nights in Tokamachi.
We were foraging wild Akebi fruits and Jinenjo Mukago potatoes in Food Forest in Murono. Then we had fruit buffet and wild herb tea in Forest Garden. We planted Pawpaw young trees and sow mixed vegetable seeds around the trees, making the fruit tree guilds. They are interested in starting synecoculture in Suzu city.

をハシゴして
マコモダケやアケビやムカゴを食べたり
ポーポーの実生苗を植えたりしました。
ちょうど色づいていたウマブドウを果実酒につけて、虫にさされた時に塗るスプレーも作りました。
「フォレスト」は比喩だと思っていましたが
本当に森なんですね、という感想をいただきました。
比喩ではありません。本当に森です。
