Synecoculture in Niigata

Mr. Takashi Otsuka, visited Eden Herb Garden in Matsunoyama Kurokura, where we start developing food forest. He also visited 3 ha abandoned forest to see if it is possible to start synecoculture there. 

He pointed some useful and valuable plants to sell, compared the energy to grow plants here and there.

Japanese big leaf magnolia: the leaves are used for wrapping food or as a dish to grill food with miso.
