Fruit tree planting workshop #1
Date: 9:00-13:00, Wednesday, July 4th, 2018
9:00 meeting at Matsudai station: Hokuhoku Line
Program:
- driving tour to local village and rice paddy
- herbal tea and seasonal fruits
- planting fruit trees
- foraging lunch (koshihikari rice, wild plants in the food forest, grilled gibier meat, and home grown soybean miso soup)
Place: Eden Herb Garden in Matsunoyama Kurokura, Tokamachi City, Niigata
Participating fee: 3,000 yen
Things to prepare: You should wear gardening or hiking shirt, bringing rain jacket, with gumboots (if not walking shoes), gloves, hut, water bottle, towel, and camera. You are welcome to bring your own gardening tools. But don’t worry if you have no prior experience. It’s super easy!
松之山黒倉「エデンの花畑」に１反の農地を借りて果樹園をはじめました。今年は１００本の果樹苗を植える予定。さらに来年のために１００本の苗木を種から作ります。たくさん果物を食べて、種を土に埋めるだけ。とても簡単です。ぜひご参加下さい。
食材調達ランチ（コシヒカリごはんと山菜とジビエと大豆から育てた味噌汁、季節のフルーツ）
9:00 ほくほく線「まつだい駅」集合 13:00 現地解散 ※電車でご参加の方は数人乗り合わせできますので、事前にご相談下さい。
≪内容≫
・果樹苗の植樹
・食材調達ランチづくり（自家製大豆の味噌を使った味噌汁、コシヒカリ、ジビエ、山菜、季節のフルーツ）
※食べた果物の種をまいて苗をつくります。
≪日時≫ 7月４日（水）9時～13時
≪参加費≫ 3,000円
≪持ち物≫ 長靴、手袋、タオル、帽子、水筒、袋、雨具、カメラ（あればスコップや草刈り鎌）
≪その他≫近くにおすすめの温泉があります。ご希望の方はお帰りにお立ち寄りください。
